Location Overview:
Pine Mountain Ski & Golf Resort is an exceptional all-season destination situated in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Our location provides easy access to a variety of activities, including top-rated skiing with meticulously groomed runs suitable for all skill levels.
Position Overview:
The Bartender is responsible for setting up and preparing the bar areas for dining and event functions. This role includes managing beverage inventories, requisitioning supplies, serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar. The Bartender will also be tasked with dismantling the bar setup at the conclusion of events.
- This is a part-time position.
- Weekend availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the bar with appropriate glassware and requisition necessary beverages for the duration of events.
- Craft drinks for guests and service personnel promptly.
- Ensure a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workspace.
- Maintain accurate inventories and cost management for all beverage products.
Qualifications:
- Preferred two years of experience in food and beverage service within a high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for engaging with guests.
