Soliant is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide assessment, consultation, and direct occupational therapy to students in special education programs.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' skills and abilities, including oral motor, sensory, integration, motor planning, fine motor skills, developmental function, reflex, and range of motion.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with students' families and staff to ensure effective implementation of educational programs.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular updates to parents and teachers.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and update short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
- Illinois state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Relevant school-based occupational therapy experience.
