Job Overview

The CNC Mill Operator is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and operation of one or more CNC machines. This includes mills and/or lathes.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to interpret blueprints and drawings, and proficient math skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, a sense of urgency and accountability, and be able to stand up for up to 10 hours a day.

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year is offered, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), disability, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up CNC machines for production.
  • Measure parts against drawings and perform all in-process inspections.
  • Load and unload parts into machines using overhead cranes.
  • Deburr and remove sharp edges for machined parts.

  • Strong verbal communication.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Proficient math skills.
