Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced scheduling software to create and maintain the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and project timelines
  • Oversee the Project Financial Report (PFR) to accurately forecast costs and identify savings or losses
  • Prepare the monthly Construction Financial Report (CFR) to illustrate the project's financial health and strategize for margin improvements
  • Manage project-specific Non-Billable Costs to achieve margin targets, ensuring accurate projections
  • Leverage the Job Dashboard to monitor project status and update relevant information for reporting
  • Develop and manage a monthly Work Plan for Confidential Payroll employees to ensure accurate cost projections
  • Assess subcontractor payment requests by evaluating labor and material completion against actual site conditions
  • Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance by understanding various insurance programs and requirements
  • Oversee Self-Perform financials to meet project margin goals, utilizing quantity tracking and financial reporting processes
  • Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) measures to ensure project success
  • Facilitate the internal review and execution of Subcontractor Change Orders (SCO) in a timely manner
  • Manage the change management process from initiation to incorporation into financial reports
  • Coordinate the internal review and execution of Owner Change Orders (OCO) effectively
  • Oversee subcontractor buyout and reconciliation processes throughout the project lifecycle
