Role Overview

At Chili's Grill & Bar, we're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional bar experience for every Guest. This includes remaining visible behind the bar at all times, possessing up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages, and providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages.

Chili's was born in Dallas, Texas in 1975. We've boldly claimed our place in the casual dining industry as the place to go for Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, full on fajitas, and hand shaken margaritas. With a legacy deeply rooted in service, hospitality, and giving back, we're committed to delivering the best experience to every Guest, every day.

About You

We're looking for a positive, outgoing individual with a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations. You'll need to meet the minimum age requirement of 18 for this position, think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds. Previous bartending experience is a plus, but not required. If you're a team player with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
