Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at Kelly Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals in Skokie, IL to ensure efficient equipment operation and optimal production capacity.

Main Duties:

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities and schedules
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance planners to prioritize equipment repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and equipment condition
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation Information:

  • $86,000 - $99,000 annual salary, based on experience
  • 15% annual bonus opportunity
