This role involves delivering respiratory care services under the order of physicians and utilizing the department's scope of services to access, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Respiratory Experience
  • A background in NICU or Transport
  • ACLS (Cardiovascular)
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • Registered Respiratory license
  • Active NBRC Credential for RRT
  • Associates degree in respiratory

Job Description:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist delivers Respiratory Care Services under the order of physicians and in accordance with protocols established by the hospital, other health care providers, or the board and functions in situations of unsupervised patient contact requiring individual judgment. Performs noninvasive and invasive procedures with minimal oversight.

Work Environment:

This role will be for the Pediatric/Neonatal Transport Team at BayCare Health System. A background in Transport or the NICU is highly preferred.

**Salary:** Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum based on location and experience.
