Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

Job Summary:
CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team as a travel professional. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with catheterization procedures, including preparing patients, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, reporting any concerns or issues to the healthcare team.
- Transport patients as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information, procedure details, and any complications or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist, preferably in a travel or mobile setting.
- Graduate from an accredited school of medical technology or a related field.
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personnel.
