Speech Language Pathologist Needed for School District in Massachusetts

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a licensed Remote Speech Therapist (SLP) to join a school district in Hinsdale, Massachusetts.
Job OverviewSoliant is committed to providing exceptional educational services to students with communication disorders. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearBased on industry standards and the location of the position, we estimate the annual salary to be between $60,000 and $80,000. Benefits include weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, and health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess communication disorders to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
- A valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent required
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
