Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist (PT) conducts a variety of specialized tests and measures related to a patient's strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, etc.; scores and interprets findings and utilizes information in the development of the care plan. This position will assess a patient's condition by evaluating their mental, emotional and physical status related to their impairment and the physician's medical diagnosis/referral.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts specialized tests and measures related to a patient's strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, etc.
  • Scores and interprets findings and utilizes information in the development of the care plan.
  • Assesses a patient's condition by evaluating their mental, emotional and physical status related to their impairment and the physician's medical diagnosis/referral.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • Current physical therapy license from the State of Nebraska required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
