Overview

The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance team is responsible for ensuring the Bank's overall AML Program is effective and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. As a KYC - PB Team Lead, you will oversee the AML Compliance Officer team, managing the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Private Bank, which includes client due diligence, regular KYC reviews, event-driven reviews, and remediation of KYC files for all businesses within PB.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the AML Compliance Officer team, ensuring best-in-class AFC client reviews and risk-based decisions
  • Oversight of due diligence completion and approval of escalated high-risk/elevated-risk Corporate Bank (CB) client files
  • Lead the execution of operational capacity and productivity framework to ensure an effective and sustainable end-to-end process
  • Manage talent strategy initiatives, including development plans and talent management
  • Enable ongoing training to develop and enhance staff knowledge of AFC and business/products
  • Approve temporary waiver requests relating to alternative verification measures

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in AML/CFT/BSA Compliance, Risk Management, Business Controls, KYC, Legal, and Regulatory Functions
  • Superior risk management skills and knowledge of relevant local/global AML laws/regulatory requirements
  • Strong management skills, including coaching, work allocation, and providing risk assessment feedback
  • Prior direct experience with Regulatory examination teams, internal and external audit, and senior stakeholders

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications.
