Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Broomfield, CO. This role will involve managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials and services at the best possible value.

Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services according to company policies and specifications.
  • Supplier Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure cost-effective and timely procurement.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate supplier performance and address any quality or delivery issues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $ $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
