Senior Living Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Living Receptionist to join our team at Merrill Gardens at Glen Mills in Glen Mills, PA.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Manage the front office area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Offer administrative support to all departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience as a receptionist or customer service representative preferred.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Prior multi-line phone experience.
