Clergy Leader

As a Clergy Leader with LADGOV CORPORATION, you will have the opportunity to serve as a spiritual care specialist for our organization. This role is responsible for providing Roman Catholic worship, sacramental ministrations, and religious guidance to authorized personnel. The ideal candidate will be an ordained Roman Catholic priest with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide Roman Catholic pastoral care/counseling to authorized personnel as requested, required, and scheduled.
• Assist the Command Chaplain with advice in defining, validating, and implementing CRP Planned Ministry Objectives for Roman Catholic personnel based on religious requirements.
• Demonstrate care for all CRP customers and facilitate the religious needs of non-Roman Catholic personnel by referring them to other members of the CRP.

• Shall be ordained Roman Catholic priests.
• Shall possess a general working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook or equivalent software and desktop computer hardware.
• Have a working understanding of Navy organization and the pluralistic ministry requirements that affect the use of chapel facilities and staff.
• Shall be able to perform primarily sedentary work. Some walking, standing, carrying of light items, cleaning of immediate work area is required.
• Shall be fluent in written and spoken English.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching program, and paid time off.
