Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Texarkana. As a Registered Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Lead patient assessments, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide recommendations for treatment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN certification preferred.
  • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
