Job Title: Caregiver Specialist
About the RoleThe Caregiver Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the highest level of care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
- Provide support with light housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning resident rooms.
- Assist residents with medication management, including administration and recording vital signs.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to enhance the overall care experience.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- First aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Previous experience working in an assisted living center.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
