Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Oxford, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech therapy services to clients in their homes, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
  • One year of experience working with adult/geriatric populations.
