CSBio is a leading biotech company in the peptide industry, providing pharmaceutical instrumentation to researchers for over 30 years. We are looking for a Content Creator & Marketing Associate to join our team at our Mountain View site.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator & Marketing Associate to produce diverse content and support marketing/sales functions. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce various types of content, including application case studies, summaries of notable publications, user manuals, conference coverage, and industry insights.
  • Create content across multiple formats, such as blog posts, social media, guides, infographics, presentations, video, sales collateral, and educational content.
  • Identify and craft compelling content that drives lead generation, with the ability to produce polished finished material.
  • Simplify and deliver insights and value to customers to inform them on products.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and product teams on user and industry insights.
  • Support and collaborate with marketing and sales function by working on lead generation, managing sales orders, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or similar field.
  • Significant interest in science field (minor in science-related field a plus).
  • Strong writing skills with high attention to detail, ability to simplify complex concepts, capture audience interest, and tell stories.
  • Strong communicator with ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Able to connect with audience, source leads, and work efficiently while handling multiple projects and maintaining high quality standards.
