About the Role

This part-time licensed talk therapist position offers a unique opportunity to provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions while enjoying a fulfilling career with a leading mental health organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective case management
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development and training initiatives, staying up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered care while adhering to industry standards and regulations
  • Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment
