About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychiatrist to join our team in an inpatient hospital setting. This is a permanent position offering a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location and Commute

The position is based in Minnesota, with easy access to Rochester International Airport (15 miles) and Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (90 miles). The commute time to La Crosse is approximately 2 hours, while Des Moines International Airport is within a 150-mile radius.

Job Summary

This is a 7 on/7 off schedule, providing a great work-life balance for our ideal candidate. As a Senior Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities
