Job Title: Nurse Manager RN Sub Acute Unit

Beth Abraham Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Sub-Acute Rehab Unit in our skilled nursing facility in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and support to residents and their families.
  • Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments.
  • Document resident care services by charting in resident and department records.
  • Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
  • Assure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care.
  • Maintain resident confidence by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
  • Previous LTC experience required.
  • Full-time, sub-acute and Sigmacare knowledge a plus.
  • Should work well in a team environment.
  • Current New York State RN License.
  • Long-Term Care Experience Preferred.
  • Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:

$84,000-$95,000
