As a Home Health Aide with Tri-Flexsi Home Health Care, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, meal preparation, and oral hygiene. You will also help with skin care, toileting, and dressing patients. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required. If you are a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with patients, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with bathing and personal hygiene
Prepare meals and snacks for patients
Help patients with dressing and undressing
Provide skin care to prevent breakdown
Assist patients with toileting activities

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in home health care or a related field preferred
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
