About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in nursing and medical assisting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  1. Assess Patient Needs

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' general condition, particularly for acutely ill patients, to ensure their needs are met.

Support Physicians

Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments as ordered.

Provide Direct Patient Care

Deliver direct patient care as prescribed by providers, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Maintain Confidentiality

Upkeep confidentiality in matters related to the clinic, its patients, and employees.

Qualifications

  • Nursing or Medical Assisting Background

Hold a current LPN license or MA certification from an accredited program.

Clinical Experience

Possess a minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or office practice setting.

Skills and Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and maintain accurate records.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, HSA, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), supplemental insurance policies, paid vacation, holidays, sick time, jury duty leave, and bereavement leave.
