Position Summary:
The TIG Welder will be responsible for completing welding assignments efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Work Schedule:
4 days a week, 10-hour shifts, providing a three-day weekend.
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (includes a 10% pay differential)

Initial Training:
Training will occur on the 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and layout jobs according to blueprints and diagrams.
  • Operate machinery to trim, size, form, inspect, and weld materials.
  • Perform welding in various positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
  • Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights between 25-45 lbs.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • U.S. person status is required.
  • Experience in TIG welding is preferred but not mandatory.
