We are a company dedicated to providing exceptional nutrition services to skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health centers. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of seniors and making a positive impact on their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MDS assessments and document residents at high risk for nutritional problems
• Participate in care planning and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Provide oversight to the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality of food

Requirements:

• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience (preferred)
