Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join one of our trusted school districts for the upcoming school year. Our mission is to make life better for those who make lives better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to students with autism
  • Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavioral interventions to support student learning and development

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification required
  • 1+ years of experience in applied behavior analysis
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
