We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at Chabill's Tire and Auto Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely service to our customers, while also meeting sales targets and contributing to the success of our location.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and deliver on customer requests, both phone and in-person
  • Effectively understand customer needs and preferences
  • Clearly communicate promise times and service details
  • Help manage the daily schedule to ensure optimal productivity
  • Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
  • Answer customer questions about their service requests and needs
  • Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
