Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lancaster, CA. The successful candidate will provide counseling services to students of all ages, working closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments.

About the Role

The School Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and evaluations, developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans, and providing individual and group counseling to students. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional and behavioral issues
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, accident and short-term disability coverage, free continuing education, and competitive housing deals.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
  • Licensure as a speech-language pathologist in the state of California
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred
