VML Health is seeking a Freelance Associate Creative Director to lead the day-to-day creative management of a new Pharmaceutical/Healthcare client across North America.

This is a unique opportunity to work with an established Pharmaceutical industry leader and help shape new product launches and their Brand.

The ideal candidate must be able to work EST hours and have experience within the Pharmaceutical sphere. The role will involve managing a diverse range of creative ideas and concepts, collaborating with clients, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creative teams, own assigned projects, and manage all aspects of the assignment, team, creative work, budget, and presenting.
  • Create and demonstrate creativity through efficiently conceptualizing, planning, producing, refining, and leading creative ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate with client service Account Directors regarding business scopes, financials, schedules, and planning.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree plus seven or more years of Art Direction experience in an advertising, marketing or experiential, creative agency environment.
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical sphere is essential for this role.
  • Advanced competencies in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite as well as multi-channel environments and Advertising industry-standard software programs.
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic, conceptual and creative thinking.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Compensation Package:

$90-$125 per hour (40 hours a week) on VML Payroll.
