The Ready Mix Truck Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of concrete to various job sites while adhering to all operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Operating the concrete mixing truck to transport concrete materials as required
- Understanding and following loading and unloading procedures
- Performing routine maintenance and servicing of the truck
- Completing additional tasks as needed to support operations

Qualifications:
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in truck driving
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong adherence to safety policies and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Good manual dexterity and ability to remain in various positions for extended periods
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
