Bay State Community Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide expert-level OT interventions and services to children and families with complex medical, social, and behavioral conditions in the community and residential setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Administer direct OT services in a group home setting and in the community
• Provide family support and education
• Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and tools while working with patients
• Establish individualized treatment plans for patients
• Develop and implement therapy interventions using evidence-based treatment protocols and techniques
• Establish individualized care and discharge plans and ensure plans are communicated to appropriate parties
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines and ensure quality standards of evaluations and addresses assessment areas that require attention

**Schedule:**

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position with a flexible schedule. Candidates must be able and willing to drive in the service area of the Southeast region of Massachusetts and attend weekly staff meetings.

**Requirements:**

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Two years or more of occupational therapy experience preferred
• Current Licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals
• Certified by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
