Psychologist or Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary practice team, you will provide integrative psychotherapy services to patients, children, and families, utilizing a range of evidence-based approaches, including guided imagery, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), art therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on individual patient needs, physician referral information, and patient progress.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with physicians, other health practitioners, and administrative staff on care coordination and treatment planning.
- Participate in integrative medicine and psychotherapeutic training and continuing education to maintain licensure and develop diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
- 2+ years of recent relevant experience in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of holistic assessment, care plan development, and outcomes tracking methods.
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The salary range for this role is $54.62 to $73.72 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package available.
