We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team at Impact Recruiting Solutions. As a surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to residents in long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:- Conduct surveys of long-term care facilities to assess their compliance with CMS regulations.
- Review facility policies and procedures to ensure they meet CMS standards.
- Interview facility staff and residents to gather information and assess their knowledge and skills.
- Document survey findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
- At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.
