Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a friendly, positive, and energetic demeanor
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and engage them in casual conversation
- Evaluate customer requirements through insightful questioning and provide suitable recommendations
- Inform customers about the style, quality, and value of our offerings
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of product details
- Stay informed about in-store promotions and effectively communicate these to customers
- Build a loyal client base through exceptional service and collecting contact information
- Be attentive to store, district, and company sales objectives and performance
- Achieve personal sales and productivity targets
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Listen actively and respond positively to management guidance
- Uphold all visual merchandising standards
- Complete assigned tasks promptly while ensuring attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential; experience with luxury items is advantageous
- A strong passion for fashion, trends, and style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, and genuine
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Confident and mature demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive outlook and proactive approach to work; maintains motivation during slower periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- High School Diploma is required
