We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Skyline Med Staff Allied. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate medical imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of medical imaging procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Imaging or related field.
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in medical imaging.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
