As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, service, and repair, with excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Installation: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Code Compliance: Identify and rectify failed code standards, guaranteeing compliance with local regulations.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to minimize system downtime and ensure peak performance.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, addressing critical issues swiftly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in HVAC or related fields is strongly preferred.
  • Skillset: Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Certifications: EPA 608 certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical workload and operate heavy machinery.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Benefits: Background check, drug screening, and valid driver's license required.
  • Workplace Safety: Hardhat and steel-toed boots required for jobsites.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
