Hamilton Health Care System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the Med/Surg/Adult Resp. & Peds unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities- Manage the care of assigned patients, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized attention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assume Shift Leader responsibilities as requested, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Georgia RN licensure or multi-state licensure meeting eNLC criteria.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; PALS and ACLS certifications preferred.
- None required, but prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
As a Registered Nurse at Hamilton Health Care System, you will work in a fast-paced acute healthcare setting, caring for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. You will be required to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and will need to be able to lift and move patients as needed.
