Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Manage the care of assigned patients, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized attention.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assume Shift Leader responsibilities as requested, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current Georgia RN licensure or multi-state licensure meeting eNLC criteria.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; PALS and ACLS certifications preferred.
  • None required, but prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
Working Conditions

As a Registered Nurse at Hamilton Health Care System, you will work in a fast-paced acute healthcare setting, caring for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. You will be required to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and will need to be able to lift and move patients as needed.
