About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious OTR SVC Tire Technician to join our team at Snider Fleet Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring their OTR tires and wheels are properly maintained and repaired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient handling of customer equipment and products according to OSHA standards.
  • Utilize hydraulic jacks, power hoists, and lug wrenches to service customer vehicles.
  • Locate punctures in tubeless tires by visual inspection and determine if the tire needs to be repaired or replaced.
  • Safely and efficiently mount/dismount various sizes and types of OTR tires.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment inventory levels on the service truck and on person.
  • Required to complete and properly manage paperwork for each job, as well as provide exceptional customer service both on the job site and while traveling in Snider vehicle.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
