  2. Medication Administration: The Clinical Nurse administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely medication administration.
  3. Diagnostic Testing: Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions, providing critical information for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  4. Nursing Judgment and Decision-Making: Applies sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to ensure high-quality patient care.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Directs and guides ancillary personnel, maintains standards of professional nursing, and collaborates with the nursing team to achieve seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
