Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant field, experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Primary Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups and trauma-informed care.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to patients, including phone coaching and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Licensure or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
