About the Role

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Program. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families and children to provide personalized support and guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement treatment plans and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that align with funding source requirements and sound clinical practice.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on communication strategies and best practices.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessment reports, IFSPs, progress notes, and insurance verification reports.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with infants and young children, preferably in early childhood development settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse families and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
