Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement treatment plans and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that align with funding source requirements and sound clinical practice.
- Provide training and support to other team members on communication strategies and best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of assessment reports, IFSPs, progress notes, and insurance verification reports.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with infants and young children, preferably in early childhood development settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse families and professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Competitive hourly rate of $60.00 USD, with a 6% increase for bilingual candidates.
