Bakery Assistant

We are Nzeba Table, a small woman-owned bakery and food stand based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Our vision is to provide high-quality baked goods and meals to the community while promoting a positive work environment.

As a part-time Bakery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with production, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in a commercial kitchen environment is a plus, but not required.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour for up to 20 hours of work per month. As our business grows, we plan to re-evaluate our compensation structure to ensure it remains fair and equitable.
