Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a key member of our Direct Observation Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to promote professional growth and development
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • BSN degree required; MSN or DNP preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
