We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at RKM Primary Care. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral health services to our patients in a clinical setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct psycho-social assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and referrals as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention as needed
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

**Requirements**

  • LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure to practice in Louisiana
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 2+ years of experience providing therapy services to diverse patient populations
