Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Tele team at Sierra Medical Center. As a MED/Tele Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and high-quality care to our patients in the medical/telemetry environment.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and handoffs, utilizing the SBAR process to minimize risks.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
