Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and addressing their inquiries.
- Skillfully ice, decorate, package, label, and price ice cream cake products.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring proper organization and rotation of stock in the Decorator's freezer.
- Maintain the icing, decorating, and presentation of products in the freezer and refrigerated display.
- Process special customer orders and ensure timely availability for guests.
- Adhere to Baskin-Robbins' Dessert Decorating Quality Standards to ensure product excellence.
- Create dessert borders that are visually appealing, with even and polished edges.
- Assist in training fellow associates as necessary.
- Prior experience as a cake decorator is required.
- Experience in ice cream decoration is advantageous.
