Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the receiving team to ensure efficient merchandise flow.
  • Coordinate sales promotions, floor sets, and pricing to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Oversee floor moves, merchandise displays, and presentations to align with merchandising concepts and guidelines.
  • Support the Store Manager in resolving merchandising issues and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure merchandise is sized correctly, signage is up-to-date, and ticketing is accurate.
  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Retail Management experience in an Off-Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization.
  • Experience in fashion apparel merchandising.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and reporting computer software.
