Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Zaxby's. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Maintain awareness of current promotions and enthusiastically represent the Zaxby's brand.
  • Assist with guest service and front of house operations, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Safely operate food preparation and cooking equipment, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain product levels in assigned stations in order to be prepared for immediate needs.
  • Prepare and cook food items according to company standards, and accurately assemble and package guest orders.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Black non-slip shoes (SafeTred) are required.
