We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at TheMasonGroup. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines from start to finish using drawings, prints, and tool lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC machines for production runs, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maximize productivity by implementing effective tooling and fixture strategies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for complex CNC programs.
  • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on CNC machine operation.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and MasterCam software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
