**Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Uptown Health Care Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising nursing staff.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and promote a positive work environment.

**Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance with Rx benefits, dental insurance, vision care, 401k, and paid vacation.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid State licensure as an LPN.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year of experience in a long-term care environment (preferably).
